Tips & Tricks
1. Accurate Inseam Measurement:
To measure your inseam, stand against a wall in bare feet or thin socks. Place a ruler or tape measure from your crotch to the floor. This helps us match you with the right frame size.

2. Exact Height Entry:
Be as precise as possible when entering your height (in feet and inches). A small difference can lead to a bike that’s either too tall or too short for comfortable riding.

3. Complete Contact Info:
Double-check that your phone, email, and address are correct. This ensures we can reach you quickly with any follow-up questions or next steps.
4. Explain Your “Why”:
In the “Tell us why you want a bike” section, share details about your commuting needs, fitness goals, or any other personal circumstances. This helps us prioritize and match bikes to those who need them most.
5. Plan Ahead:
If the bike is for a child or a family member, include their height and any special requirements. Clear information makes it easier to find the perfect fit.
Rules + Info
1. Honesty is Key:
You must provide accurate information on your application. If we discover false or misleading details, we reserve the right to reject your application and potentially ban you from future programs.
2. Complete All Required Fields:
Applications missing essential information (e.g., contact details, inseam measurements) may be automatically disqualified. Please ensure everything is filled out correctly.
3. One Application Per Person:
Please submit only one application at a time. Multiple applications or repeated requests without valid reasons may result in disqualification.
4. Respect the Process:
We strive to distribute bikes to those who truly need them. If evidence surfaces that the bike is being misused (e.g., sold for profit), your eligibility for any future Bikes4All offerings will be revoked.

5. Communication Matters:
Respond to follow-up calls or emails in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in your spot being offered to another applicant.
