Our Leaders
Ever Learning.
Meet the dedicated individuals who power Bikes4All. Our leadership team is made up of cyclists, educators, and community organizers (all in one) who believe in the transformative power of a bicycle. From championing new outreach programs to forging partnerships across the region, our leaders are constantly learning and innovating to make our mission a reality. Each team member brings a unique set of skills and experiences, but we all share a common goal: ensuring everyone has access to a reliable bike, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Our Story
Bikes4All was born out of a simple idea: that two wheels can unlock opportunities and build stronger communities. Starting with a single volunteer and a handful of donated bicycles, we gradually expanded into a volunteer-driven network of mechanics, advocates, and everyday riders. In the early days, we worked out of a front yard garage—tinkering with old bikes, finding spare parts, and handing out refurbished bicycles to anyone in need.

As word spread, so did the requests. Families seeking affordable transportation, students trying to commute to class, and individuals looking for greener ways to get around—all found a home at Bikes4All. Today, we continue to grow and learn offering the ASAP program cycling more accessible and hands on for those learning its ways. Through it all, we’ve stayed true to our core values: sustainability, inclusivity, and the belief that a bike can change a life.
